✨ What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- In France and Europe: 4 to 8 working days.
✨ How do I track my order?
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to La Poste or Be post.
It is also possible to log into your account, on the ATD store, go to —> my orders and you will find all the information there
You can thus track your jewelry in real time right to your mailbox 🤎.
✨ Is your jewelry water resistant?
Yes ✨ All our jewelry is made of stainless steel: it is water and sweat resistant and does not blacken.
To preserve their shine for longer, avoid direct contact with perfumes, chlorine or household products.
✨ What should I do if my jewelry breaks or has a defect?
If you notice a problem upon receipt, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the jewelry and the order number via the contact form, in the "contact" tab or directly by email: atdbijoux@gmail.com.
We will find the best solution together (exchange, repair or credit).
⚠️ Jewelry broken by misuse (snagging, intentional twisting, dropping, minimal care) is not covered.
✨ Can I personalize a piece of jewelry?
Of course 🤎 ATD bijoux lets you create your own designs using our interchangeable chains and charms directly on the platform. Once paid, you can no longer change your choice. You can always see the preview in full screen before confirming.
✨ What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases securely by:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
✨ Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
Yes ✨ You have 14 days after receipt to return your jewelry to us (unworn and in its original packaging). * excluding personalization
Upon receipt, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund, according to your choice.
